CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING POLICY Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay. ⸻ Late Policy: Please arrive on time to your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply. ⸻ Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. ⸻ Loft Policy: To maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment, only the scheduled client is permitted in the service room. ⸻ Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. ⸻ Agreement: By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
